Marian, I really love this idea for myself, but also really loved your calendar. I tried like heck to study your materials and methods; I know so little about inks and technique. Thank you for the beautiful and impressive work on your blog. You were so modest when you talked about it! It's beautiful.
I am a military "brat" who has had the privilege of living in Florida, Delaware, Cape Cod, New York, Texas, California and Mississippi. As a family of 7 (5 children and Mother & Daddy), we traveled by car across the USA at least 7 times stopping in different states and towns to enjoy this wonderful land we live in. I now reside in the town I was born and live in the house my parents owned when I was born and have the benefit of having my Mother & Step-Dad, one brother and one sister living within the same county, and my little brother lives in California so I get to visit him as often as I can. Life is Good! When I retire, I dream I will live in Astoria, Oregon and spend the rest of my days gazing at the Pacific Ocean.

Thank you for stopping by The Art Train! I'll be glad to send you a little more information on how I did this. Just give me a shout!
